Mini Cream Puffs

I’m pretty sure every human on earth has had at least one cream puff in their lifetime…the question is, was there enough cream inside? My philosophy on cream puffs is that they should be at least 90 percent cream. With that being said, the golden outer puff is filled to capacity with a vanilla lemon cream. To add a bit of contrast to these well known pastries, they are drizzled with rich, dark chocolate.
